KHATA TRANSFER
The ownership of a property is transferred to another for reasons other than outright sale, it is termed as Khata Transfer. This could be done by extending gifts or under a person's will in case of his death.
KHATA BIFURCATION
Khata Bifurcation is a process of dividing Khata. A person can obtain a Khata Bifurcation in 30 days with a processing fee of 2 % of the stamp duty paid for registration
TAX ASSESSMENT
After completion of the construction according to the sanction plan civic authority will fix upon the tax assessment of the building as per the typology of the building. to obtain this service the time duration take is 30days.
KHATA AMALGAMATION
Khata Amalgamation is a process of merging two or more Khata into one. The time taken for this process is generally 30 days.
KHATA REGISTRATION
Khata registration is obtained when purchasing a property directly from the developer, as the land has already been sanctioned by the authorities. This involves initiating a new registration process for the khata. This can be obtained only for BDA- approved property.
